Questions tenants ask
Do I have to pay to enquire?
No. Enquiring on any flat is free and always will be; our office connects you with the owner. The plan is for tenants who want to speak to owners directly and hear about new flats first.
Which owners can I contact directly?
Every owner who ticked "Tenant plan members may contact me directly" when listing — most do. Their name and number appear on the flat's page once your plan is active. Where the owner preferred to go through us, you enquire as usual and we connect you the same day.
How do I pay?
After you ask for the plan we call you, take the payment by UPI or transfer, and switch it on. Nothing is charged on this website and no card details are taken here.
Is there brokerage on top?
If you find the flat through a direct owner contact, no. If our office arranges it for you, the usual one month's rent applies, which covers the visits, the e-registered leave-and-licence and the police verification.
