Questions owners ask

Is it really free to list?

Yes. Posting is free and stays free. We earn only when a flat is rented through us (the usual one month's rent), or when you choose the Assisted service.

Who sees my number?

Nobody, by default: tenants enquire through us and we connect you. If you tick "Tenant plan members may contact me directly", only tenants who have registered, paid for the plan and been activated by our office can see it, and every reveal is logged. You can untick it any time by messaging us.

How fast will I get a tenant?

A fairly priced 1 or 2 BHK near a station in Navi Mumbai usually gets its first visits within a week. We tell you honestly if the rent is above what the locality is paying.

What does Assisted include?

We screen every tenant (ID, employer, previous landlord), show the flat so you do not have to, negotiate, prepare and e-register the leave-and-licence with biometric verification at your door, and file the police intimation. ₹2,999 for 45 days, paid after our call, never on the website.
