Is it really free?
Yes. There is no charge and no obligation. You are not listing the property by asking — you are finding out what it would fetch today.
Who works out the price?
A person, not a program. We look at what has actually sold in your building and the ones beside it, the floor, the papers and the condition, and then we ring you. A computer cannot see a leaking terrace or a pending society transfer; we can.
What if I have a bank loan on the flat?
Tell us. Most of the sellers we work with do. We will tell you what the flat should fetch, what the bank must be paid, and what is left for you — and how to sell before any auction notice is acted on.
Will my details be shared?
No. Your name, number and address stay in our office. Nothing is published, and nobody but us will call you.
