What a "property view" means
Browsing the website is always free and unlimited. A view is counted only when you open a
property to see its size, floor, map and our direct number. Opening the same property again later never counts twice.
Seller names, seller numbers and asking prices are not shown to anyone on this website, on any package.
Those come on a call, once we know you are serious.
Why there is a limit at all
Two reasons, and neither is about squeezing buyers. The first is that distressed sellers trust us with their situation, and an open list that anyone can harvest is not a private one. The second is that our team calls back every serious enquiry the same day, and that only works if the people opening properties are actually looking to buy.
What you can do without paying anything
Browse the entire list, filter it by city, locality, type, configuration and size, and see the locality and photographs of every property — unlimited, forever, without registering. Register free and your first 5 properties open completely: built-up area, floor, age, furnishing and a map of the neighbourhood. Most buyers never need more than that.
