What we never publish

Seller names, seller phone numbers, asking prices, amounts owed, lender names and our internal notes are stored for our team only. They are never shown on this website to anyone — not to visitors, not to registered users, not to paying customers.

If you enquire as a buyer

We keep your name, number, email and what you are looking for, so we can call you back and match you to properties. We do not sell or share your number with other agents or brokers.

If you submit a property as a seller

Your details go to our review queue. Only the property's locality, size, type and photos may later be published — your identity and price stay with us.

Marketing messages

We only send new-property alerts on WhatsApp or SMS if you ticked the box asking for them. Reply STOP, or call us on +91 83699 29329, and we will remove you.

Chat, alerts and confirmations

If you use the chat box, we keep the conversation, and the name and mobile number if you give them, so our team can reply and call you. Please do not share bank details, OTPs or passwords in chat. If you press "Alert me", your browser gives us a push address so we can send you notifications about new flats or properties; we do not learn your name or number from it, and you can switch it off at any time in your browser's site settings. After you send a form we may confirm it by WhatsApp or SMS on the number you gave. Reply STOP to any message and we will not send you automatic messages again.

Keeping and removing data

We keep enquiry and seller records so we can serve you properly over time. To ask for a copy of your information, or to have it removed, call us on +91 83699 29329.

Cookies and measurement

This website uses two small cookies of its own: one to remember that you are signed in, and one to remember how you first found us — for example, from an advertisement or a search — so that we know which advertising is worth paying for. That second one holds no name, number or anything else about you, and it is never sent anywhere; if you send us a form, it is kept with your enquiry in our own records.

If we sent you a link on WhatsApp, that link carries a short private code. When you open it we note that you did, so that we do not keep sending you things you have already seen — and if you then send us a form, we know it came from that message. The code holds no name or number. Reply STOP to any message from us and we will not message you again.

We also measure how people find and use this website, using Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google. Those companies set their own cookies and can see which pages you looked at, roughly where in the world you are, and what kind of device you used. If you sent us the seller form or asked for a callback, we tell them that an enquiry happened, so that we can tell which advertising is worth paying for.

We never send them your name, your mobile number, your email address, your price, or the address of your property. Only the fact that an enquiry happened. You can stop this in your browser's settings, or by using your browser's private mode, and the website will work exactly the same.
